We’re pleased to share that members of our leadership team recently represented Ebenezer Stone Properties at an international real estate and investment conference, joining developers, brokers, and institutional investors from across the industry to exchange ideas on where the market is heading.
Sessions covered a broad range of topics, from emerging financing structures for large-scale residential development to the growing role of technology in property verification and due diligence, both areas that directly inform how we structure our own offerings for clients back home.
Beyond the formal programme, the conference offered valuable opportunities to benchmark our practices against international standards, particularly around transparency in title documentation and structured payment plans, two areas we’ve long prioritised for our clients.
We came away with a number of ideas we’re already exploring internally, from refined reporting formats for diaspora investors to potential partnerships that could expand the range of managed agro-real estate units we offer in the coming year.
